New members are welcome. To become a member please complete an application form (see below) along with the HRCAV disclaimer form (very important, cannot accept membership without it), and send it through to our Club Secretary – Christine Henderson along with your joining fee.
Alternatively, you can also join at any monthly Rally.
2011/2012 Joining/Renewal Fees are:
Senior $140 or Associate $50
If you would like to subscribe to the HRCAV monthly magazine “Chaff Chat” the subscription for the full year is $48.00.
Membership fees are due annually on the 31st of October. These fees cover your insurance and the HRCAV levies. A membership card is issued to all members, even those not intending to compete. Performance cards are issued for those who want to compete in official HRCAV events.
A performance card is required for each discipline you wish to compete in and are not interchangeable between horses, i.e. each horse has their own card or set of cards. For new members the first set of performance cards are free. After these there is a cost of $5 per card – which can be purchased at rally or by contacting the HRCAV office.
